Quote of the Day

This came courtesy of my "church" Super Soul Sunday this morning and the timing is impeccable.  In my opinion, this episode simplifying "mindfulness" was one of the best Super Soul Sunday has ever had.  The full episode is not available online yet but if you want to watch a few clips, just click HERE.

Enjoy this beautiful day my darlings.
